This is an informative translation. The legally binding version is the Czech one, governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

1) How Mapino uses cookies

Mapino uses cookies and similar technologies for security, sign-in, storing user choices and, if you allow it, also for analytics.
Optional cookies can be managed in the cookie banner and in the application's user settings.
Similar technologies also include browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). A detailed technical inventory is reviewed regularly; the information material to users is set out below.

2) Cookie categories

Necessary cookies

session - a sign-in session managed by the backend; used for authentication and account security,
infrastructure cookies set by the access-control or network-infrastructure layer actually used for the relevant service, when active,
fu_cookie_consent - stores your cookie consent choice.

Preference cookies

fu_remember - remembers the e-mail from the sign-in form; the usual period is up to 180 days.
Optional localStorage entries – appearance and accessibility, the last location in the application, panel and filter state, and recently visited listings. They are stored only after preferences are enabled. They contain neither paid-service entitlements nor full payment-card details.

Necessary session storage

We use sessionStorage within one browser tab mainly to securely complete sign-in, prevent duplicate orders, recover after a payment-provider return and technically recover the application. These entries end no later than the tab session; security-sensitive entries also have a shorter application validity.

Analytics cookies

Used only if you enable analytics; they may include e.g. _ga, _gid or _gat depending on the current implementation.

Marketing cookies

We currently do not use them for advertising. If this changes, we will update this document and the consent interface.

3) Typical storage periods

fu_cookie_consent: up to 1 year
fu_remember: up to 180 days
session: according to the session configuration, usually up to 30 days unless you sign out earlier
optional localStorage entries: until consent is withdrawn, site data is cleared or the value is replaced; they currently have no common fixed expiry
necessary sessionStorage entries: no longer than the tab session, with shorter application validity for checkout and return records
third-party analytics cookies: according to the current configuration of the given provider

4) How to change or withdraw consent

Optional cookies can be changed at any time:

in the cookie banner, or
in the privacy and cookies settings section after signing in.

When consent is withdrawn, Mapino will stop using the given categories going forward and, where possible, will remove locally manageable optional cookies and registered optional localStorage entries.

5) Third-party and infrastructure cookies

Some cookies may be set by infrastructure or third parties outside the direct application code, e.g. by access control layers or a CDN. These providers act according to their technical configuration and their own terms.
